As I note over at weeklystandard.com, Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger of the eponymous film has been caught up in a pump-and-dump stock scheme involving his now defunct Rudy Nutrition. His energy drink was trying to tackle Gatorade, but the SEC threw down a flag. Let’s just say Rudy was offsides (the Wall Street Journal provides a fuller explanation).
