Kudos for Cookbook

800px-Chopping_BoardAt long last the Washington Post has come out with its first official cookbook, simply titled The Washington Post Cookbook: Readers’ Favorite Recipes (Time Capsule Press, 252 pp., $29.95), edited by my friend and sometime editor Bonnie Benwick and with an introduction by my food mentor and longtime Post restaurant critic Phyllis Richman. So if you’ve lost your recipe clippings or if they’ve become yellowed, torn, and tattered, here’s your chance to reclaim them all in one handsome bound volume.
