Coming Up, Ted Allen

I was recently asked if I’ll be publishing the rest of my interview with Ted Allen from 2007, only a small segment of which was actually used in my celebrity chefs article. Once I go through and tidy up the transcript, I’ll post it. As I’ve mentioned before, Allen was great to interview—generous with his time, insightful, funny, and honest. He doesn’t consider himself a celebrity chef—in fact, his background is in journalism. He was the former features editor for Chicago magazine. Funny how things work out.
